ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT

The redevelopment of a riverside site to the eastern end of Fishergate, directly overlooking Whitefriars Bridge. Undertaken during the 1980’s the scheme consisted of a mixed use riverside development of ground floor offices with luxury flats above.

Along with Bridge Court this was one of the first major redevelopments in the latter half of the last century of this important and historic area of Norwich, heralding the start of a significant regeneration of Fishergate which was to continue over the next 20 years.
