ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT

A traditional Victorian 2-bedroom mid-terraced house north of Norwich City Centre, acquired spring 2013. Whilst structurally sound, internally the house was in poor condition and lacked central heating.

A comprehensive programme of refurbishment was undertaken including the installation of a central heating system and the creation of a semi open plan kitchen. In addition the ‘third’ bedroom off the second rear bedroom was converted to provide an en-suite bathroom and dressing / study area.

The completed property now combines the character and charm of the original Victorian house, but with the benefit of a fresh and contemporary feel with well-arranged accommodation to suit modern living.

It was sold during the summer of 2014.
