ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT

The redevelopment of a former riverside factory, standing on the site of an ancient Saxon settlement, close to Fye Bridge in Norwich. Undertaken during the 1980’s the development consisted of a mixed commercial and residential scheme comprising two adjoining office buildings, a block of 6 x 2-bedroom flats and a terrace of 3 x 2-bedroom houses with riverside frontages. No. 1 Bridge Court became the main office for Bush Group and its subsidiary Bush Property Management for the next quarter of a century.
